The front staff person upgraded us to one of the newly renovated suites. The room was fantastic. The rest of the staff were excellent and went out of there way to help us whenever we needed it.

Try to go during the week when machines are working. Guide was excellent.

Not worth the time or expense...the tour is up and down a single hallway with a guide reciting a canned and politically correct overview that misses quite a few historical facts.
