"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"

"The hotel had a decent amount of parking available for guests traveling by car, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. When I arrived, I noticed that the room I was assigned was not the same type as the one I had originally booked. I requested a room change, and the front desk staff clearly explained that they would be able to accommodate my request the following day after other guests had checked out. When I followed up with the morning staff, there was initially some confusion regarding the room change; however, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the team's responsiveness and willingness to help. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the staff handled the situation professionally."
