"The room had an odor to it. The floor we were on had air vents in the hall way the whole time. I assume for the smell issue. The hotel was nice overall. Just the odor was alarming and the room could’ve been more clean. But overall, it was fine. "

"Everything was clean, staff were great. However the shower water was too cold, after letting it run for a long time, it still was too cold. The water in the basin was warm enough."

"The room was clean and smelled nice. Very friendly staff! I did notice a few small things that needed repaired (nothing major just things that come along with a hotel) the knob on the shower that turned the water on and off came off when I went to turn the shower on. A simple fix it just looked like it was getting stripped out.The draw curtains in the room could use replacing if you wanted them open you had to fold them up and clip them with paper holder clip that was already on them. Not a bad stay at all though :)"

"The room and the amenities were very nice. The room itself was cozy, and the kitchenette was a great convenience. There were a couple of minor issues that made this 3 star stay. Two of our lamps in the room were missing lightbulbs, but not a deal breaker. Parking was a $6 per night extra charge, as the hotel shares the parking lot with the Cobb Town Center Mall, which was more of an issue the last day when a car show was at the mall and the place was overrun with motorcycles and revving vehicles. But my big issue had to do with our two dogs. No issues the first night when we went out to dinner or the next morning when we met a friend for brunch, as we had them on medication and left the TV on for background. But while we were at a wedding, I received a call that someone was complaining about the dogs barking a crying. Now, the only time they did that was if someone was extra noisy in the hall. The person who called me was very accusatory and stated that we didn’t even notify the hotel about the dogs, which was untrue, as I disclosed this at check in and signed the pet form. He claimed they were barking anytime someone walked down the hall. But when I came back to the hotel and walked down the hall, they did not bark until I opened the door. Needless to say I ended up staying with them and missed the entire wedding reception. I’m not saying that the hotel was at fault, but I think a bigger issue was made out of the entire situation, and it ruined my stay experience. "
