Set in a building dating back to the 1800s, the loft blends original brick, historic character, and modern comfort in a walkable downtown setting. The open layout is thoughtfully designed for both short stays and longer visits, with a comfortable bedroom, relaxed living area, office nook, kitchen equipped for everyday needs, updated bathroom, and laundry area.     Additional Notes: Stair access is required and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Because of the loft’s central downtown location near the historic train depot and railroad tracks, some street, event, or train noise may be heard at times. The area is now a designated quiet zone, eliminating routine train horn noise. A sound machine and earplugs are provided for added comfort. Cartersville is a great little town and this location was perfect for walking around visiting shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner was great! Now for the down sides of my stay. 1. Being an older couple, the steep narrow stairs leading into the loft were tough to navigate. 2. Parking. Lots of activities going on in Cartersville and this loft is located in the heart of the activities. Overall we had a great stay.

This property was perfect for our stay and the convenience of walking downtown for specialty coffee or meals was so nice! The space was so big and useful during our long stay there and we never ran into any issues finding parking downtown! If I find myself in the area again for anything, I will absolutely rent this space again!

This is a very cute loft in a fun area of town with lots to do. The host was very responsive and helped me get in when I couldn’t get signal and was helpful through the stay. I would definitely recommend it!!

Tiffany was such an accommodating host!Her place was incredibly cozy, unique, and a fun place to stay. We absolutely loved the downtown walkability. We loved this VRBO- I’m not sure what the original building was, but this repurposed place is darling and decorated with so many little touches. We brought our dog with us and we had plenty of space. While we were only there for one short night, we would definitely recommend this place! The host was so thoughtful and was always ready to answer any questions we had!

Very Clean, Amazing communication with Host, The Location can't be beat - literally two minute walk to the Booth. The only drawback is the noise at night with the trains coming every few hours and the noise in the park which i used the white noise machine for, so that helped. However, I didn't really feel that my car was that safe out there, the downtown apparently turns into the Lost Boys movie after dark, although I felt very safe inside as well as walking around downtown. The Restaurants downtown are out of this world. Try Table 20. I have rarely tasted anything like it in my life! The kitchen in this unit is completely stocked and the bathroom and the rest of the unit provide every amenity! Overall a wonder host and a wonderful unit!

We stayed here for a tournament at lake point. Prior to arriving I realized there was not a twin bed as described but instead a cot. The owner put together two cots to make a full bed and sent me pictures before we arrived. I very much appreciated her willingness to make this work for us. This place is very close to the fields. The apartment itself was adorable. Great location to walk to all kinds of restaurants and activity. The train is loud at night and if you are a light sleeper, like my husband, this may not be the best option. They do provide ear plugs. There is also lots of loud traffic noise at night. It was a bit dirty in the bathroom but overall a good stay.
