"Exclusive. Was located rather far from others. Big bedroom. Breakfast buffet was basic, though they tried slight variations from day to day."

I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response.
