Stopover before Tioman trip

Check in process is quick, was having an issue when we try to access the room but the keycard did not work, anyway, the staff was very quick to response to the situation as the security guard that escorted us to the room help us to tag into the room while we waiting inside the room for they keycard issue to get rectified. Was also greeted by a cockroach hiding behind the pillow when we move the pillow down. Again, called the reception and was attended by the housekeeper within 15minutes. Will not blame the hotel on that as the room is located at ground floor and the location of the resort is pretty secluded beach.

Kali ke-2 sy menginap di sini kerana keadaan yg tenang dan jauh dari kesibukan kota. Pantai yg sangat bersih dan terjaga. Sesuai utk merawat emosi hati yg bercelaru. Property was OK. Like most things in Malaysia, it was a little run down (tiles missing/falling apart in pool) the rooms were mostly clean but not perfect. It had no elevator to upper floors so we had to carry our bags up. Beach is ok with a little garbage around it.

After some improvements can be good hotel.

The hotel is on remote place which we enjoyed. But it needs to care much more for making the rooms clean. Window to balcony, shower and also "sterilised" glases in bathroom were DIRTY. Also in the room was smel of mold. Breakfast was simple, but sufficent.

Although this property is only about a year old, things are not maintained very well. The toilet basin is rusting and the smell from the toilet is filthy bad. Breakfast was also very bad and cold, maybe it's due to fasting month. There is almost no service existent eg. pool bar, games/karaoke rooms are locked. The only plus point of this property is lots of space and the pools are big and very clean. It would have been better also if there are some lounge chairs provided at the beach area.
