« We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in Tyler. 8 adults and one toddler. We wanted a home so we could spend more time together between events, and because it was more economical than a hotel. This was perfect for that. Beautiful rooms and we had everything we needed from dishes to laundry detergent to towels to TV. The host was easy to communicate with. The home is in a neighborhood surrounded by other homes with a small empty lot next door. There is a limited view of the lake...

The management team was very responsive when we asked for more pillows and had them shipped overnight. We enjoyed the tech - electronic door locks, garage door app, smart tv, ... We appreciated the clean, comfortable, and generously sized rooms. The neighborhood is changing with a considerable amount of construction but it did not impact our stay in any way. »

« A charming home in which we felt at home upon our arrival. Quiet, clean, and well-appointed. Little details, such as kleenex, cleaning supplies, & extra towels were really appreciated. "Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Une chambre magnifique, très spacieuse, confortable, propre, avec un petit coin salon et tout ce dont vous avez besoin ! La vue depuis la piscine est super jolie ! Très bonne salade servie à la piscine ! Le top c'est d'avoir la navette à disposition qui vous emmène au centre ville et revient vous chercher gratuitement !"

"Absolument rien à dire. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli à l’arrivée. le concierge Philipp est une personne extraordinaire : toujours souriant, de bonheur et de bon conseil. Il a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Notre chambre avait une magnifique vu sur la ville de Dallas. Juste un petit point sur la salle de bain qui mériterait une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner Gold au 18 eme étage était merveilleux ! Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant Pyramid est extrêmement cher: 6$ un café et 12$ un croissant et un pain au chocolat ( certe très bon mais quand même…) La piscine et la salle de sport sont très appréciables et très bien entretenues. Encore tous nos remerciements à Philipp."
