To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. \- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS - Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. \- PEST CONTROL - This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place. The only downside was no dishwasher which is crazy to me. I couldn’t imagine having a large group without it. There was also no throw blankets anywhere and not really enough towels. When we arrived, all the trash cans were already packed with the previous guest's trash. We had no means of disposing of ours. The pool was green because it has not been cleaned for a while. We called the host, and the pool guy showed up the next day. The bed in one of the rooms was broken. They had to lay the mattress on the floor. After the pool guy left, we noticed smoke coming out of the pool filter. I notified the host, and they said that would be fixed the next day. (no emergency). The ice maker was broken.
