"The mattress and bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom door would not stay on the roller and you could see in it from both sides when door was shut. Didn’t have enough towels and had to go find some. And breakfast had no juice, was a cheap drink substitute."

"The shower didn't work in my room and the staff only responded that it was user error. Customer service was not great. The staff that checked me in seemed inconvenienced by my walking in. "

"Under renovation so all amenities were out of order. This information was not posted anywhere so it came as a surprise. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel was not. When we booked the hotel, we were misinformed that the rooms slept 5. They don’t have any rooms that sleep 5 and the size of the room would’ve made a roll away difficult. Rather than have one of our guests sleep on the floor and with all amenities being out, we decided to switch hotels. The staff were super awesome and very understanding of the circumstances. "
