"This is simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The whole experience was flawless, from the second we arrived to leaving to go home. All staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble."

"The room was full of mosquitoes no screens on windows and no ac and to hot to close windows. As we were leaving another quest was leaving due to bedbugs in there room. The breakfast was awful buns or cereal nothing hot. No options for breakfast. Location was good. Front desk day staff was rude when asked about mosquitoes he complained to me about the front desk doors being open. Shower head was cracked and sprayed everywhere. Beds where rock had and uncomfortable. Ac is controlled by hotel not by each room."

"Very good hotel to stay in Venice. Clean and close to any place in Venice taking waterbus or people mover. Need to improve restaurant services, waiters made too many mistakes, look everyone were on training"

We got locked out of our room and confusion with waitress at breakfast and said we had only 1 person. Manager straightened it out but very rude"

"Very small rooms and AC wouldn’t function. We did open our windows but there was no cross breeze. Size of shower was laughable. I wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay. The hotel is in a great location and very friendly staff. Great drinks bar bar and food breakfast. "
