Throughout the hotel there are a few oddities to remind of how historic the property( like the mail shoot outside the elevators) is and how it’s been brought up to date to meet the modern needs. A great place to stay in Winchester ."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent- my husband even said it was the best breakfast we had on our entire trip! The young woman who took care of the breakfast area was incredibly sweet, friendly, and kept everything well stocked. The only suggestions we have are a few maintenance issues. The bathroom could have used a more detailed cleaning, especially around the shower head and in the corners and crevices where some buildup and grime have accumulated. Also, the washer and dryer could have used a little servicing, as they don’t seem to be operating at their best. Other than those minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay."
