Our experience at The Inn at Charles Town - Hollywood Casino was better than at another Hollywood property. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom larger than most. Would have preferred the shower to have access to the fixtures without having to step into the shower. The breakfast wasn't as substantial as others. No eggs or meat, other than hard boiled eggs. The pancake maker was either broken or old as it took forever to make one. There is a $10/day fee that covers 2 waters and coffee in your room and the breakfast, business center and gym. I've found these amenities free at competing properties.

Very clean which is what I really care about. Also it was quiet. I plan to stay here again. I like how to an easily walk to sheets. We never went to the casino, but would like to one day. Both of the ladies who ran the continental breakfast were so nice and helpful.
