"This apartment was amazing! Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The owner stocked the apt with just about everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc. The location is also perfect as it’s 15 min away from El Yunque Rainforest and we def a couple hikes there and a 5 min drive to Luquillo beach for a different beach. Probably the best place we have ever stayed!!"

"We enjoyed our stay overall and the location was beautiful and peaceful. However, there are a few things that I feel need improvement, especially when it comes to security. The entrance door does not have a lock, and the outside gate remained open all night, which made us uncomfortable because it seemed like anyone could walk directly into the village/property. We also had issues with some of the amenities. The deck lights did not work at all, which made the outside area very dark at night. The mini pool also was not working properly; only the lights worked. We still enjoyed our family vacation and the property itself has a lot of potential, but better security and making sure all of the advertised amenities are working would make the experience much better."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Rio Grande property! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a great place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. We truly enjoyed the property and the overall experience.There were a few amenities that were unfortunately unavailable during our stay, including the golf cart, the downstairs TV, and the pool, which was closed. While we would have loved to enjoy those features, they did not take away from the great time we had.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated having such a nice space to call home during our trip. "Property was beautiful and as advertised, and instructions were clear for access etc. the ONLY items we all would have changed if we could was the couches were all pretty worn and uncomfortable - the futon in the game area which was near the only smartTV in the house was totally broken and only stayed in a laying position. The big TV off the kitchen is older and is not a smartTV so your only option is to watch the DISH Satellite channels on that one. We had a few mosquito-sensitive folks in our group who were inside by dark and it would’ve been great to log into our own streaming apps to watch a movie or other shows at night. Otherwise the house was amazing and the pool/beach were picture-perfect. Thank you for a great stay!"
