Good

After the renovation this hotel became excellent. Modern, clean rooms, outstanding breakfast buffet, polite staff and free-self parking. Also great slope-view rooms - very peaceful and relaxing.

Amazing place. Great hosts. Very close to old town.

We stayed in an outstanding corner suite which had a large balcony with a fantastic view towards the mountain Pirin. All windows in the room can be opened which is great. The room was massive and had a dining table and area too. The bathroom was outstanding and massive with both a shower cabin and bathtub. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast buffet where staff will also prepare you unlimited omelets, egg dishes, crepes, espressos, champagne, freshly squeezed juices, etc. This hotel is truly...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my cousin in early fall. The hotel staff is fully bilingual (Bulgarian and English), polite and very helpful. The hotel is made up of 3-4 separate buildings. The apartment I stayed at was very clean and in perfect order. Housekeeping was excellent and we were provided with...

Awesome hotel and staff. It's a bit tough to find as there are not a lot of signs. Otherwise location was great and so were the facilities. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We found out that May is low season for them and thus a lot of the shops were not open in the area. Other than that we still had a great time

It is very clean. The appartment was spaciouse, clean, had a great view. The swimming pool was clean and good for swimming. We will definitely come back. The testaurant offered a lot of food options.
