"Hotel is fine. Easy parking directly in front of hotel. Rates include breakfast and dinner. Meals are nothing fancy, but totally edible. Ried am Zillertal village is very quiet. If you're looking for apres ski scene, hang at the lifts or stay in a different village. Bar had low key vibe with a couple regulars hanging out. Bar service was excellent, server remembered our drinks day over day. Lots of families staying during our visit so dining area always felt full of children. "King bed"...

"Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village. Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and we ordered one bar meal which was very good. On Sunday and Monday they only serve pre booked set meals. We didn’t realise this and as we only wanted a salad then we were unable to eat. The relaxation areas and pools are great - comfortable loungers, plenty of towels and indoor/outdoor pools are heated 😊. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe they could improve on English signage and communication? I only know basic German so found it a bit difficult at times."
