« Great stay and super service that exceeded our expectations. Greeted by the owners every day and felt well taken care of (custom eggs made for breakfast that were not announced, warm bread, nice cheeses beyond the expected). Location is actually very nice if you have a car and want to ski both in St Anton and Ladis (and Ischgl, but we did not do that). Probably not ideal without a car even if there is a free shuttle bus. Basic rooms, but super clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Will...

"Tout était parfait à l’exception de l’amabilité d’une certaine hôtesse d’accueil. Rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi désagréable. Heureusement tous ne l’étaient pas. Pavao était au top et au petit soin chaque matin et soir pour le petit déjeuner et dîner. Et je recommande le restaurant le soir. Très bon !"

"Chambre très propre, lit confortable! L’hôtel est bien situé, très proche de tout! Par contre, très bruyant à l’extérieur et la chambre n’était pas isolée! On entendait absolument tout de l’extérieur comme si on y était! Des gens mangeaient, criaient et riaient très fort en dessous de notre fenêtre fermée jusqu’à 4h du matin ce qui nous a littéralement empêcher de dormir! De plus, nous avons réservé une suite avec chambre séparée et ils n’ont pas honoré notre réservation! Ils nous ont donné une chambre inférieur sans nous rembourser la différence! Quand on est allée le signaler à la réception, la réaction de la réceptionniste est « ooooohhhh vous avez réservé avec expédia ». J’ai quand même montré que c’est belle est bien marqué chambre séparée avec le prix qu’on a payer et ils n’ont rien voulu savoir! Ceci dit la chambre était quand même très bien, propre et spacieuse…… mais à cause du bruit extrême je ne recommande vraiment pas du tout cet hôtel à moins d’être à un étage beaucoup plus haut pour entendre un peu moins le bruit! Moi je ne prends plus de chance…. Je n’y retournerais plus jamais et je ne le recommande pas!!!! "

"The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. "
