The hotel was in a great location - there was a tram stop almost directly across the street. Our issue was with the air conditioning. The system was set to turn off after 3 hours - something we discovered at 2am when we woke up to a ridiculously hot room. We turned it back on and then woke up again at about 5:30am - again to a very hot room. We spoke with the staff and apparently there was a setting that automatically turned the air off after 3 hours - which would be fine had it not been getting up to 30C. Great stay, apartments are well equipped, spacious and bright. They are perfectly located with tram stops right by them. The owners and management are also very cordial. Nonostante abbiamo usufruito degli appartamenti ci ha accolto la reception dell'hotel che ci ha fornito anche indicazioni sulla città.
