"Food was very good. We ate at a variety of the restaurants on the premises & did not have a bad meal or bad service at any. Room was nice & updated. Carpet was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable. All staff we interacted with were nice & super helpful."

"I do not recommend. Buffet was expensive and food wasn’t worth the price. Noticed a lot of other people leaving plates partially eaten and left to be taken. We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other and 3 people decided at 4 am that our doors were a good place to have a fight among each other banging on our doors and cursing and screaming. Called the front desk and they sent two security officers up and it quieted down until they left and they piped back up again. Then two left and emts showed up to access one of the three that was sitting against the door. Lasted over 2 hours. My kids were scared and we were wide awake after that. The room was extremely dusty. Visible particles in the air and on all surfaces. For a weekend we planned 2 months ago for our family. It was not relaxing or enjoyable. Staff wasn’t helpful with the situation either. Talked to manager and “there wasn’t much he could do”. As a family that doesn’t get away often and hoped for a good weekend together and experience the GSR and Reno…. It wasn’t worth it at all. "

"The rooms were OK. Multiple elevators broke down the night that we stayed there and I got stuck in one of the elevators. It was hot and I ended up having a panic attack. By the time they opened the door, I was on the 18th floor. I walked up to the 23rd floor. When I called down to ask if the elevators were fixed the front desk person says “I haven’t been told that they were broken.” dismissing my concerns about getting on a broken elevator. They should have a warning that they have old elevators that may break down. There were other guests that were also stuck in the elevator. One guest was stuck for over an hour. The staff dismissed it like it happens all the time. There was no empathy from any of the staff that I talked to, except for the security officer. "

"Room was musty upon check in don’t think anything of it told hubby to turn on the air. We stayed at that hotel due to a wedding. After the wedding at 11pm the room wouldn’t get colder than 71. We had a few drinks tried to go to sleep, figuring eventually the room would cool. The pillows sucked they seem fluffy until you put your head on it and it goes completely flat. Try layering two, then it’s too much. By 1am my husband was so uncomfortable and so was I we decided to just go back home. Went to the front told them about the AC and that we just wanted to go and were disappointed since we came for a wedding and it was a night away from the kids. The front desk lady seemed like she didn’t care, she said ok I’ll have someone check the air when I’m done with my audit. Meanwhile there is a RAVE happening! We Couldn’t hear it on our 8th floor room but leaving the hotel at 1 am trying to go down the sidewalk that had tons of people wasn’t that great. This is my second time here and sadly I won’t be back. Our room this time had a working toilet fan but the time before (1 month prior to this visit) the fan didn’t work and the fan in the brides suite also didn’t work, which isn’t fun if you have a nervous poo plus people trying to get ready. "
