"Great hotel in downtown Reno."
Fun hotel, love the rock climbing gym on the 2 floor. Food was very good at Heritage.

"Nice hotel and lots of access to different casinos"
Hotel was nice and employees were friendly. Air conditioning wasn't working that great in our room, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.

"Nice, but "
Pleased with the room. Low room rate but $3 for a bottle of water and plan on paying nearly $15 for WIFI. Expensive food expected but would have expected it to taste better. Too cold to go out and look for better dining.

"Business trip"
If you are looking for a Casino and a fun night out this hotel is probably perfect. If you are a professional business traveler this is probably not a good choice. Standard high speed WiFi is not free, the gym and pool are closed at 8pm and don't open until 6am. The business center needs new hardware. After a full day of meetings and a dinner engagement I wanted to get a quick workout before hitting the Casino with business partners but the gym was closed at 8pm. Not sure why an elliptical, treadmill and nautilus need a 14 hour rest from 8pm - 6am but they were locked up and shut down from customer utilization. For a business traveler living out of hotels, eating out nearly every meal exercise is literally the only way to prevent adding gross tonnage to your belt line. The second most important thing is a high speed WiFi connection and the third most important thing is a first class business center for last minute prints. This hotel is lacking in all 3 categories for a professional business travel stop but probably a great place to party it up for the occasional once a quarter casual traveler.

"Better than the price "
I came here from California to get away. The price was cheap but the hotel was great. The bed is old and springy and not very comfortable and my neighbors kids were loud but otherwise a large room and comfortable. I did not use the maid service but the housekeeper in the hall gave me extra towels and greeted me every day and wished me well. I was able to stay relatively cheap and visit the surrounding areas for a relaxing solo getaway.

"Ok for the price"
Ok for the price, facilities are definitely old and worn down but are functional. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired....bits of food in carpet / booger on bed skirt

"kinda disappointed"
My second stay at Siena - was disappointed that the casino had been shut down and it seemed like only a skeleton crew had been left behind to run the hotel. It was explained to me that the hotel had recently sold and would soon be a Marriott - no mention of any of this when I booked. My advise would be to wait to book this hotel until the transition is complete and Marriott hangs his sign out front.......

"Nice hotel, good price, good staff. Needs Mainten"
Only complains were: No hot water for showers. Hallway cieling was leaking and there buckets all over catching water. Obviously this gave the hotel a "trapped humidity" smell.

"Great location, decent room, decent pricing! Will stay again!"
Great location... We got a King Bed with Jacuzzi in room... (Bigger than normal bath tub with jets). It was really nice, but the tub is outside of the actual bathroom... so it's kinda wierd if you're just trying to take a shower... but overall was a pretty cool room. Came with a refridgerator and mircrowave... great for the price we paid =)
