This is a great place, super clean, great breakfast and always stocked, nice variety of hot food and cereal as well as toast and yogurt, heated pool is great restaurants close by, we'll be back

Would like if include the breakfast

We loved our stay at Island House hotel! They had everything we needed and more. It’s a very lowkey friendly atmosphere, with some longer term guests and others just passing through as we were. It was well stocked and had great amenities, close to the beach and fun/family friendly. Very kind staff and helpful! One thing that could be a bit bothersome is guests are permitted to smoke outside of rooms and around the pool and we did find a regular presence of smoke in the air (not in the room at...

Would definitely stay again. Clean, old style Florida with friendly staff. Clean spotless room no funky odours, comfy sleep, maybe fluffier pillows… clean bathroom a little tight but it worked for two people. Maybe provide some coffee for first night stay, small kitchenette also spotless. Pool area super clean, towels chairs and chairs for the beach across the street. Really nice bbq area with table and chairs if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Thank you to Amanda in the office very...

Great little place by the beach. Clean, fresh, easy check in, and a great location

The staff was so welcoming and kind towards my kids and my husband and I. Room was fantastic. Breakfast was included and delicious

Close to the beach and deb the manager was fantastic. We just booked for 2020

David and company were fantastic as always..this was our second visit this year and we will 100 percent be back in the spring for spring training baseball. Super clean and super friendly!

Great staff and atmosphere

Great

We rented the premium room on the first floor. The suite advertised for 5 but it was a little too tight. We had to reconfigure the room to be able to pull out both sofa beds. However, we checked out the villa suites and those look perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere. Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Being able to use all the beach equipment and towels was a huge bonus. We loved the second floor lounge and spent every evening hanging out...

The location was great near the beach, dining and shopping options. It was easy to get to as well. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Pool appeared nice but not used. Rooms were spacious and nicely done, ours contained a private patio with table and seats. The staff were amazing quickly resolving issues. Overnight clerk Mariah was outstanding! TV channel remote was a little strange. Will definitely return!

An intimate gem in St. Pete Beach! A well styled boutique hotel with everything you need. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well appointed and designed- very hip. The pool area had both sun and shade, hot tub, and a great bar! The extras were a nice touch- there were bikes to use, plus wagons filled with beach essentials- Upham beach was just around the corner. Staff were excellent too! Cannot wait to book another getaway to the Saint

Loved this hotel next to the marina and enjoyed their pool area. The breakfast was excellent as well
