« Clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was thoughtfully stocked with all utensils/tools. Used the smoker to make dinner the second night. Quick 30-45 second walk from the front door to the Frio River. Our boys had a blast fishing all day and spending time at Garner State Park. »

« This was exactly what we were needing! The cottage is adorable and private, which we loved. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking! We spent hours in the afternoons enjoying the river and I think our dogs enjoyed it more than we did! It was flowing nicely, clear and cold. We love the Frio, it’s always been our happy place! We will be back! »

« This property is fantastic and we could not have hoped for better hosts. Derek and Lauren are kind, gracious, and very responsive! There was more than enough room for our group and could have easily accomodated 4 times the size of our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were great for a nice, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet cul du sac, close to a quaint little country store which more than met our needs, and still provided the quiet seclusion we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend....
