« We had a group of 14 (preteens, teens, & adults) and stayed for 4 nights. We loved how everything was set up. The bunkhouse was the perfect setup for the teens. We loved how close to town the house is and just a short drive to Garner. With the houses, pool, river, pavilion, and games we had everything we needed right there. Thanks so much for hosting us! »

« We loved the house and our golfers were impressed with the golf course. But what really impressed us was when the owner replaced the pit that broke on Friday early on Saturday. About 90% we eat is cooked on a pit. Please tell the owner how much we appreciated that. We want to come back next summer. »

« We stayed with our family for a last minute get away before starting school again. The house was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our only surprise was our scorpion friends inside the house the first night. After relocating them outside, we didn’t see them again. We loved seeing the stars at night and happened to be there for a meteor shower. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! »

« Ima simple man, I see Nueces Riverfront and I”m in. This place is truly special from the views to the house then to the absolutely stunning section of river. This river access has it all , shallow areas , 5 feet deep areas , excellent fishing throughout the whole river. The kayaks were a plus and were an awesome experience for the kids . The market in camp wood was nice on a Saturday. Hosts were awesome , we loved it and we will be coming back here. »

« Clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was thoughtfully stocked with all utensils/tools. Used the smoker to make dinner the second night. Quick 30-45 second walk from the front door to the Frio River. Our boys had a blast fishing all day and spending time at Garner State Park. »
