So this visit we have introduced our newest member of the family to floating the Frio!! So the tradition continues.The house was neat and clean, near to town,owners made it easy to enjoy with maps, suggestions on activities. The “walk” to the river was VERY short….I’m not even sure it qualifies as a walk. I’ve stayed at other properties where a “short walk” could be 0.25 mile. But here it was probably less than 100 ft….steps away. We LOVED that! And the spot where you are on the river is perfect too. Lots of shallow and deep spots for all ages. We loved that the house was fenced in from front yard to backyard making it feel separate, especially since we had our dog with us. Despite the listing being named “house #3,” we hadn’t really thought about what that meant. There are two other houses on the property that were also booked. And when we initially arrived, we were a little wary. But it was totally fine because the setup allowed for us to determine how much we wanted to interact with the other guests without feeling/seeming antisocial, and we were all very friendly with each other. ##### Laura P.
