"The bar staff at the family pool were not too friendly. When I went to the bar before 9PM to close out my tab from earlier in the day (I had forgotten to do this earlier), he just said I am closed in a rude manner. I started to tell him I thought the bard was open until 9 and I came to close my tab, he just went on that he made last call at 8:45 , etc. I let him know I was not there to place an order but to close out my tab. He was kind of a jerk about it. The poolside food is pretty bad. WE order the chicken Pesto sandwich and it was bland. We aso had the chicken tenders which were also bland. I do not recommend ordering poolside food. On another note, I think there were some kind of animals in the duct system or somewhere. WE heard this loud noise that sounded like someone was in our room. We only heard it late at night around 2AM. It was loud enough to wake us from our sleep. it happened both nights and was a little alarming. I do apologize that I forgot to report it to the front desk while I was there but I just forgot. We were in Room 4029 and stayed on Aug 15 and 16. Other than this and the abruptness of the pool bartender, I just loved my stay. The place is great and is probably my 10th stay since 2016."
