The second floor is about to fall down you can see the rebar and everything is cracking and plus when you walk outside the sidewalk is leaning to the side as if any minute it's going to fall

Clean room. Water in shower was barely luke warm. Could not adjust any hotter.
Very loud. Running in hallway late at night and stomping up the stairs near our room. Then again around 6:00am.
Pillows flat. No comfort or support.
Bed was comfortable.
