"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago. When we arrived, our grandchildren were very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed. We booked the hotel again in May of 2026, and guess what! When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed yet again. Then when we got into our room, I wanted to take a nap before going out for the evening. When I pulled back the covers on the bed, it was disgustingly obvious that the sheets had not been changed! I went to the front desk to ask if housekeeping would please come change the sheets. The lady at the desk was very nice, and said it would be better if she just put us in a different room, so we moved rooms. This time the bed sheets appeared to be clean; however, the room smelled bad, and it was obvious that the carpet had not been vacuumed, Needless to say, we will not be booking this hotel again in the future."

"The room was wonderful and clean, the breakfast was top notch, and loved that the entire parking lot was well lit due to leaving very early. Felt very safe."

"The room was truly impeccable. The kitchen, burners, microwave and large fridge too. Unfortunately there was no silverware, plates, pans, etc. It's incomprensible that with such a nice kitchen there was nothing to use it, but instead some type of loaner program used by long-term guests. We chose this room precisely for the kitchen. It'd be so easy to have 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 spoons and so on, plus 1 pan and 1 pot."

"The hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel in downtown Bentonville, both of which are a stretch. The hotel was 2 miles from downtown Bentonville, and located behind a Starbucks on a section of road that’s filled with strip malls. The “boutique” hotel looked like an updated Travelodge at best and the furniture in our room was beat up. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff, they were a highlight."
