"Patsy was great. The cabin was awesome. The listing and the way VRBO advertises this place is absolutely misleading. It says 90 for the place by the time you check out it’s 191 that doesn’t sound like 90 to me at all. It also does not mention that this cabin, although it is very nice is part of and behind a National chain of hotels… Looking at the pictures, you would think it was a private property in the woods but no, it’s dead in the middle of town right behind a giant building… The price was...

"This property truly is a gem. It's literally SO CLOSE to everything in Downtown Eureka, but the best part about it is the property feels like you're all on your own in the Ozark. Truly one of the best locations I've ever stayed in Eureka after many visits. The owners were great too - I even had a "locked myself out" situation that he rescued me from! Great personality, friendly. Very nice & clean home too. "

"This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at this cottage. It is absolutely adorable and to location is perfect. It is within walking distance to everything downtown, therefore it is not necessary to pay for the public parking. We will stay again next year. "

"We had a great weekend in Eureka Springs and this little cottage was perfect for us. You won't fit more than two in the cottage but that was all we needed. Sitting on the porch with morning coffee was fantastic. Nice little place. "

"The property was in okay conditon but not 100% clean. There were beetles, earwigs, and the doors, windows, and bathroom could definitely use a coat of waterproof sealant to prevent water damage. It's cute as far as furniture and decorative touches. The main bedroom walk in closet is huge, but the bedrooom door sticks and will not close or latch. I would say it is a good value as to the nightly rate, but would be happier if it were a bit cleaner and without bugs. I would stay here again but...

"We stayed here for a basketball tournament with a couple other families. This place is perfect! The adults enjoyed the spacious upstairs and the girls relaxed downstairs on the huge couch and outdoor screened in porch. Beautiful home!"
