« I did not stay here. Unfortunately I booked this hotel by mistake. I wanted La Quinta Inn in Springdale, UTAH, not Arkansas. Expedia contacted the hotel for me and they refused to refund my 3 nights I prepaid, refused credit and refused to refund every 1 or 2 nights. I lost $515 and had to pay $800 for 3 nights in Springdale, UTAH. I will contact my credit card company and see if they can assist me with my refund. »

« Everything really good at this hotel, except the bed. Since all we used the hotel for was an overnight stay on our hitting the road again, getting a good nights sleep was important. Mattress was very uncomfortable and might have been a foam because we were sweating on the bottom, chilly on the top. We had to turn constantly through the night, due to heat issue and because overall the mattress was not comfortable. We woke tired, and our body out of sorts. Change the mattress and we’d come back in...
