This is our first bad experience with Hotels.com so has me rethinking using again. It's in need of some upgrades . The cottage was cheap and we needed a getaway. You get a little less than what you pay for. We stayed in one of the cottages up front. The London flat room. The room is drafty with gaps in the doorway. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The shower is tiny and you can't adjust the head so short people like myself just get blasted in the face the whole time. The mini fridge froze everything we put in there. My husband commented that it was like staying in an RV. The ac unit was dirty and musty.
