The location pin for the property is NOT downtown\*\*\*the house is located off Hwy 62E on Carroll County Road 309 to 329 in the Kings River Landing development. \*\*\*This property features 2 primary bedrooms downstairs each with a queen bed and full bath. A huge sleeping loft upstairs with 2 queens, a futon and a full bathroom. There is also an empty office that could accommodate an inflatable mattress(not included ) A maximum of 8 people. The house has high speed 5G internet. The house is fully furnished inside with a welcoming area to relax, a complete kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The utility room has a washer and dryer. Smart tv’s in all rooms. Outside there is an EV charging station in the 2 car carport, and a lockable storage area with a bike rack inside. A Ring Camera is outside the front door. Enjoy local area attractions or just hang out on the river to float or fish in the trophy smallmouth waterway. You can also enjoy the back porch with a fire and a movie. The neighborhood has a common area with a gravel bar that you can also enjoy. We were looking for a clean, well kept property with some guaranteed peace and quiet to recharge, but also with easy access to Eureka Springs and Lake Leatherwood. This property delivered all of the above and my communication with the owner was fantastic. The covered porch in the back with the TV is wonderful.
