"The room was nice. The water pressure on the shower was good. I could hear something sticky on the bathroom floor (and maybe on the hard floor part when entering the room). Then I saw the bathroom floor was dirty from the shoes on the sticky floor. I cleaned it with one of the wash clothes. The check in person was very nice and very helpful. The checkout person was not so much when I asked about the automated receipt I got from FP Bentonville ROGFP showing an expense of $7.28. She didn’t know what that was for. I had prepaid everything on Expedia when I booked the room which the gal at check-in confirmed. I gave my credit card as standard procedure at check-in in case of incidentals. There were no incidentals. The check-out lady got agitated when I was concerned about the charge. Hopefully, that was a mistake, and I will not see a charge on my card. It was just very confusing as I’ve never received anything like that before."
