"This was a very nice space for my 22 year daughter and I to get in some broadway shows! Separate rooms to sleep in with separate TVs, clean! Nice fridge and microwave for us too. Felt very safe and yet close to times square. I would only suggest to get heavier shower curtain or different shower nozzle as the curtain would blow right on you while you tried to soap up. Nearly impossible to shower without someone else holding the curtain away from the outside. Otherwise I highly recommend this...

"This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower."

Holes in walls covered up by curtains. Electrical outlets that didn’t work. Broken toilet seat. Furniture and linens VERY different than shown. Basement does not look like what is shown. 2 bedrooms in basement (not shown) with no heat, and very dungeon looking. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The listing...

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "This is the second time I've stayed in room 1010 in the past couple of months. The rooms are clean but very sparse with furniture and no floor coverings. As you might expect it feels very sterile or cold because of this. The kitchen is very nice, a big convenience. One annoyance is the bathroom door which won't stay open, just closes partially. When you take into consideration the location this is still a wonderful place to stay."
