Staff was friendly. Did not feel pushed to go on local trips. I thought there were nightly shows. Only one restaurant opened. The other you need to make reservations the day before at 5. It never had availability.

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

Limited dining options but quick 100 peso taxi into centro. Built against a cliff so the inherent many stairs are difficult for older or non-fit people. Makes for a good workout. Beach access very good. Staff on the grounds, restaurant, and reception could not be better.

The private beach is beautiful and there is a lifeguard at all times. Towels are always available but need to be returned after use. The food is good up in beach club level rooms and their staff members Gustavo and the rest of them are very attentive. Clean property with a lot of stairs to get to the pools and beach area.
