once we arrived, there was no water in the room, the towels were dirty, and when we asked the staff to give us new towels because ours were dirty, they said that they would not bring them up to us that we had to go down to the lobby and get them ourselves. Housekeeping is once every 3 days, i didn't get any Housekeeping services. Afternoon host pretty cool guy super chill. Pool great. Lots of construction around the area. But can still walk around, several public beach accesses.
