"Had a lovely stay. The place was really cozy and was exactly what we needed. John was really helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Only comment I would add is that there is no freezer in the property. As we were only there for a long weekend this wasn’t an issue but if we were staying for a week or longer that could have caused a few issues."

"Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. "The comforting sound of trains running over Brunel's Tamar Bridge, a regular weekday bus into Plymouth, the gentle movement of the boats moored in the river and the turning of the tide make for an ideal stay. The stairs are a tad steep but are worth the effort. Bathroom is, downstairs and bedroom up. Lovely, local "hosts" and kind welcome "gifts" add a kind touch. "

"The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. "This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8."

"Our family of 3 and our dog stayed at Lower Marsh Farm in July 2024. Would highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay: converted barn was perfect, had everything you would want, fabulous bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, secluded enclosed garden etc. Amenities on site were excellent and we used the tennis court and table tennis room several times (equipment all there for you to use). Owners/staff very helpful and welcoming but not intrusive. Lovely walks on site too."
