« We booked the room last minute, called to ask about late check in policies. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. When we arrived at 1am a gentleman greeted us and helped us find parking. The parking was a little confusing to figure out at first. He walked us and showed us the way. « I would like to be honest about my stay. It was very poor the first room I received everything looked up to pare but, the room smell of paint was bothersome. Not only was the paint smell an issue the water never got hot. I went to front desk and was greeted by Heaven who seemed pretty good until I complain about the water not being hot. « Breakfast buffet had issues - coffee seemed to be in short supply and the sausage patties were burnt and inedible (unless you like hockey pucks). Wi-fi was wonky - had to reboot computer twice before it worked and had the same problem the next morning. Having to use keycard for elevator is annoying (especially when hands are full). Seems to be a new hotel which is not quite ready for prime time »
