Bed was very comforting and the food options there is none at the hotel

It was family friendly for sure. The main building has an arcade and consoles available for play. There is an indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools. They manage the property well. I had an issue where someone backed into my car and they were able to help me out and were very nice in how they handled the situation. If you can, during your reservation get a building/room near the front of the property so you can walk to the pools. The 30s, you will have to drive. The splash pad was awesome. The one staff guy at the pool worked so hard. He was trying his best to keep kids from going head first down the water slide & not going up the slide the wrong way PLUS being in charge of the towel check out. His hands were full. Also someone had a fire over in the grilling area and a guy from the staff came out of nowhere and quickly put it out. Check out was the worst part of our stay.

The villa itself was great but the room wasnt as clean as I expect it to be. The amenities were good, the parking was east however the pool behind registration was growing what appeared to be black mold in the 2.5 ft end and it was gross. We found this to be unacceptable especially since we watched as a staff member checked the ph and totally ignored the overwhelming growth on the pool steps, sidewalls and under the edges.
