"Friendly staff"

"Though it's a bit of a trek/hunt to get to the location using Google Maps, it's worth it. My flight arrived late and still I was offered an upgraded room. I was encouraged to head to the restaurant before closing so I had a "real" meal. Staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly even as I arrived late and ordered. (Room-heatable food options ARE available for those who arrive after the restaurant closes.) My room was clean and smelled nice. The towels were soft, white, and plentiful. I would stay here again now that my regular ride knows how to find the parking lot!!!"

"I’ve stayed at the Double Tree many times over the years, and has always been amazing. This time was less so. The check-in staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Getting any information out of them was like pulling teeth. When we got to our room, even though we had booked a room with a queen, it had a single full bed. The sheets on the bed were stained, which is always off-putting. When I went to use the shower, the ceiling in the stall was filthy and looked like someone had wiped their boogers on it. After an incredibly uncomfortable night on a broken-down mattress, I got up in the morning to make some coffee and found someone’s used grounds in the pot. All-in-all, this was not the standard I expected from this hotel after so many great stays. I’ve had cleaner rooms and more pleasant staff at EconoLodges. I truly hope this was all a fluke."

"The hotel was nice, but it was hard to get to from where TriMet let us off. The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior doors looked like someone had tried to whitewash them with thin paint, making them look like they were under renovation. Staff were excellent."

"This was a lovely home in a great location! Michelle was onsite and available, if we might need anything, and just a kind, genuine person. We loved the gardens and the living room for gathering. The kitchen was maybe the best equipped kitchen I've ever used while in a short-term rental. It was a pleasure!"

"It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. While the room itself was clean and well maintained the rest of hotel was shabby. In the breakfast room there was a cabinet door falling off its hinges. Homeless people on the streets surrounding the property. Staff were helpful but this hotel is not a good place for tourists to stay."

"Very ran down. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything, even someone just walking down the hall. Did not feel safe at all and was propositioned by a lady of the evening in the hallway. Bed was hard as a rock, no hot water (warm), latch broken on door so unable to engage. "
