« Stylish and immaculately clean and bright loft style space in a perfect location between the arts district, the port and the West End Victorian neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen and everything is new from the coffee maker to the handy full sized washer and dryer. Super comfy oversized couches are a great landing pad after a day of exploring the city and easy drive day trips (Ogunquit and Bootbay were a particular delight). Downtown Portland is surprisingly easy to navigate...even parking...

« The location of this property was fantastic! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The property looked to be recently remodeled and was nice and clean. The other units in the property were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We didn't need to communicate with the hosts during our stay, but the check-in information and the welcome binder was informational and detailed. I would fully recommend this property to anyone staying in the Portland area! »

« Great property in a very cool old neighborhood. The family was traveling 5 strong, and we were delighted by the location (and even the weather) the host had laid out for us. The spacious quarters for our group meant everyone had t their own space and yet we had a great table to play games on and to plan the next days’ activities. One of the college student kids had assignments due, and we had some internet connectivity issues, but Jen was right on it with helpful suggestions and some work...

« We had a wonderful stay on Munjoy Hill. The proximity to the park was perfect. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and an afternoon reading. The dogs loved it too. The location was amazing as well and walkable to everything on the peninsula. We walked to restaurants, the ferry and to a concert. Thank you for a memorable week in Portland! »

« Everything was ok just didn’t like the fact that your property owner was right above you, and cameras were everywhere around the property watching your coming and goings…didn’t have a stove to cook on. But our vacation in Portland was fantastic!!!! »

« Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...

I saw this property on VRBO and the pictures of the view looks stunning. We have been exploring Portland for the last year or so and this looked like another step in that direction.
