« Overwhelmingly phenomenal. My personal experience was spectacular, partly because of the actual rental (the decor, the area, the elevator, The Deck!) but mostly because we got the opportunity to meet the owner herself, which is a gem of a person. You meet a lot of people traveling, but Vicki marked me profoundly. As for the actual site, we used it for 48h to visit Portland and Cannon Beach area, while on a 17 days tour of Oregon. The area is very high end, with really nice houses in the hills....

« We stayed for three nights in May. We really enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and looking out over the Willamette River. The ducks, geese and other birds are numerous. The house had the basic supplies needed for cooking and enjoying our stay. I recommend having the early birds stay in the master bedroom since it shares the space with the kitchen and living room. Access to our events downtown was an easy 10 to 15 min drive along the river. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub along the shores...

« One of our favorite places. We only had issues because it was hot weather and although the themostat appeared to have a cool setting there was no functional air conditioning and room was over 76 degrees. We had to sleep with the window open which was a very loud night given the downtown Portland area. »

« We have problems with the deadbolt on our door. It did not prevent us from using the room or changing rooms. There was a little bit of garbage on the floor during breakfast, but in all, I thought the facility was very nice. The staff, all of them, were the nicest people in any state I’ve had in recent memory. I can’t even explain why, except that they just made me feel right at home.
