"There is no physical staff to check you in. You check in with someone who is remote with spotty internet connection so it takes extra time to check in. No one comes by to clean your room, if you need any towels you need to go grab them yourself. Walls are supper thin can hear ppl next door and ppl walking around upstairs."

"Conveniently located in Santa Monica However weirdly for the 2 nights I stayed there on the 5th floor, there was continuous furniture being moved on the floor above me from 11pm till past midnight with no assurances/explanation from the front desk. V irritating"

"Understaffed and unprepared for arriving guest. Tried to check in early at 3:50. Was told by front desk that check in was not until 4 and to come back after 4. Came back at 4:05, and was told the room well be ready in 15 minutes. Came back at 4:35, and the room was still not ready, was told to wait a few more minutes. At 5 I was getting tired of the run around. Finally got our room at 5:10 with no apologie or comp for our time. Could have paid less somewhere else for that kind of service. Never staying at the Marriott again. "
