"Good breakfast brunch , 24/7 juice machine and coffee with over 10 types of styles of coffee. The reception was fantastic and the director is an amazing woman because she is going to be trying to change the pet policy for service animals , to all Dauphin hotels ; not just hers. I didn’t have time to talk to her because I had a very important appointment but she is available to speak to on the phone or on my next stay that’s already booked for next week. My remarks are that it’s WAY TOO LOUD IN THE CORRIDORS!!! I got woke up at 5am and fell asleep at 2am… I didn’t get much sleep in the comfy king size bed , hopefully I’ll get compensation "

"A great central and, of course, historic location from where to explore Quebec City! A lovely room -- upon check-in, we even received an upgrade to a room with a view of the river and the Dufferin Terrace area, which was much appreciated! Helpful staff and everything we needed! "

"Travelled with my partner, two sons (9&11), and their grandfather. We stayed in two rooms (but could have squeezed into one as there are 6 person rooms). I’m a return customer and booked the interior room with a view of the courtyard with the pool. The boys (and their grandfather) loved using the pool, being able to watch the action of the courtyard, and we really enjoyed the Friday and Saturday musicians. Beds were comfortable and the entire hotel was clean with a very friendly staff. Location for walking is perfect with underground parking that allows you to go in and out as you please, if you’re doing any trips out of the city. Overall, beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel within a beautiful city. We will be back for our next adventure! "
