« This clean, well stocked, open floor plan condo is situated perfectly; next to and above the Arkansas River and within a short walk into downtown Salida. We parked in the garage Tuesday afternoon and did not get back in the car until departing Friday morning. Even the Salida mountain trail network was within an easy reach on foot.The property management associate assigned to us was polite, professional, and super responsive. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat. »

« This is a great historic location right in the center of town. It is in the third floor with no elevator, but we didn’t have an issue. The furniture has been updated since the original pics of the room were taken and there is now a chest of drawers available. The seating is wonky for two due to the baseboard heat.
