"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay and hope to return. The house had almost everything we needed and was conveniently located for our needs. Property management were excellent to deal with. It was a shame the ground floor air conditioning was unavailable for use as it would have come in handy for the 45 degree day, otherwise the house stayed cool enough with lovely coastal breezes."

There was not enough seating for 8 people in the lounge room and the chairs at the kitchen table were far too low which made eating at the table awkward. However the house was very clean. "
