Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and convection oven. Broadband Wifi. HD TV, DVD/CD player with a small number of DVDs available. 2 bedrooms - Master with ensuite. Main bathroom with large bath. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Open, bright spaces, quiet neighbourhood with views to trees and big skies, bird song and the sound of the ocean. It is close to the beautiful beaches of Torquay and we found delicious places to eat nearby. We also prepared food in the house and we found all the kitchen amenities we needed. I think we lucked out with weather, so the no aircon in the home wasn’t an issue, but it would be challenging in really hot weather. Some of the fans in the bathrooms didn’t work. It is large quite well equipped, the beds and couches are comfortable. The large, flat screen TV is great but take your own DVD's. The house is right beside the tennis court, we did not see or use the outdoor pool. As a guest in this house you do not have free access to the gym. We golfed twice on the Sands course, the back 9 especially has lovely views but the course overall is quite challenging. The owners are very easy to deal with and even communicated with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok.
