« The property was in good condition. (the seat on the upstairs toilet was loose).Just a couple of things would have improved our stay - we would have liked a broom to sweep the balcony, and the brush on the stick vac didn't rotate and didn't vacuum well.the location was perfect. »

« Tim was accommodating with granting early check in. The location and size of the house was great but unfortunately there were a few issues around cleanliness ie. Sticky floors and benchtops, visible grease on rangehood filter, sand in ensuite sink, stained carpets, dirty architraves etc. Could also use a complete set of cutlery, crockery and drinking glasses (not enough forks and dinner plates for 7) and a bit more attention to furnishings with some living areas sparse and empty.
