Step out to the enclosed alfresco area complete with blinds, outdoor dining, lounge, wood fireplace, BBQ and smart TV—overlooking the heated spa and spacious secure yard. With full reverse-cycle air conditioning, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a firepit, free Wi-Fi, linen provided, and pets welcome by arrangement, this is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to eight. The house was clean & air conditioning was on for our arrival which was appreciated on a very hot day. Compared to other Stayz houses we have visited, this property had the bare minimum in terms of amenities. Minimal kitchenware (no sandwich press, no air fryer etc), poor quality cookware, no beach towels, no dryer, no laundry detergent, minimal cleaning supplies (garbage bags etc), no spa skimmer, unreadable spa instructions, sliding toilet door difficult to close, and no gate key pad on the inside of the fence/gate. ##### Martha B.
