They would give us lists of ingredients and either us or them would buy. One person sprained her cancel and stayed home alone from an activity and they waited on her to the point she was super happy not to have gone on the activity. We had a few sick people and the staff was extremely helpful as well. A little Spanish helps (house manager speaks English well), but the staff is so kind and patient with this that Google Translate is great.The security guard was a great addition even though I thought we were pretty safe without him. The neighborhood seemed the safest in all of Puerto Plata.House Manager was very helpful with information, transportation and quick to respond. Their excursion guy was very helpful as well. "
