The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there.

I liked the villa style, but the rooms were basic, and in the washrooms I could hear the people in the villa next to me the entire time when they were in the bathroom showering or using the toilet.
