"The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 was because hair was in the bathroom and the ac was giving us trouble. Other than that the staff is amazing and the property exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to see a movie theater on the property and the seats are comfortable and heated and just beautiful, the food was amazing and the seating area is very peaceful, beautiful and with the right person romantic. I will definitely be returning."

"Very convenient location if you’re planning to go to Citi Field (about 10 minutes walking or a 3-5 minute drive). Room was VERY air-conditioner which was great for the hot weekend. Wish the continental breakfast had more to offer (not sure if we just went too late but there weren’t even eggs)."

"Very clean room and bathroom. The room looks a bit small in the photo but it’s actually pretty spacious! Very comfortable bed and pillows!! The AC is very easy to control. I personally really appreciated the side mirror in the bathroom to the right of the main mirror, which has a close up view on one side and an even more close up view on the other— it was very much ideal for doing my makeup. I also appreciated the amount of counter space in the bathroom as it wasn’t just a small sliver of countertop. Overall very clean and comfortable room and hotel in general, and staff was kind and helpful too."

"The air conditioning in the room was good, but quite noisy. We had to turn the fan on constantly so that the intermittent on and off didn’t wake us up. Otherwise, the room was clean with a microwave and fridge, which was very useful. We did ask for different pillows and an extra blanket which the staff accommodated very promptly. A+ on the service."

"We generally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff made up the room wonderfully every day. The restaurant served very good food but often closed early and the bar only stayed open until 10 pm even on Friday and Saturday night. There were some issues that were bothersome. Women’s bathroom in lobby was out of order the whole 10 days we were there. Television in room kept going in and out because they use satellite service. The second day it rained and there was visible leaking from ceilings in lobby, entrance to Bistro and in corridor from guest rooms on first floor, with buckets to catch water. We were in room 215 and the first or second night there was someone in the room next door playing music very loudly until well after midnight. Inside appearance was somewhat run down. Peeling wallpaper visible in lobby. There were no darts for the dart board in the bar area. There was no breakfast service at the Bistro on Sat 8/8."
